How to Initiate a Return

We accept returns for items within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Return Conditions

The item must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. You will receive free return shipping for all accepted returns. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost, and you won't be charged a restocking fee.

Exchanges

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, you will need to return your original purchase and place a new order.

Receiving Your Full Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We'll process your full refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. The full refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
